My role 

Information archictect over the global navigation team. So all that is incompassed in the black bar at the top and the bottom of the website. which inluded but not limited to facilitating the users and their mental model and data to consider their structures and language thoughtfully. 

My Duties

  • Organizing and structuring context that closely relates to users in order to quickly and accurately complete tasks. 
  • Create blueprints for design structure which turned into wireframes and sitemaps.
  • Heavy reseach, whcih included competitive and comparitive analysis.
  • Whatever needed to be done. (I'm a team player not a soloist)

 Both the top and the bottom images are found globally through out the website. Also needed to make sure all of the links were going to the correct landing page. If any link is broken or missing, a JIRA ticket must be created to solve.

This drop down has had MANY iterations due to the fact of always testing and iterating across multiple platforms including the ATT app. I pitched to have uniformity through out the brand to eliminate confusion and also match up the content to have the desired end experiance for users. This site is a RWD site so making the experiance uniform yet relvant to the experiance that the customer is viewing has taken several iterations.
